Selling in Colorado & Wyoming
SELLING & BUYING?
Selling a home while buying a new one can be a tricky proposition. There are double the things to keep track of as far as inspections, appraisals, dates, deadline,...you get the idea. But, that doesn't mean it's impossible. In fact, it's quite common for folks to sell their old home to get into the next.
I've got years of experience in making this transition as seamless and worry free as possible. There are often times that I may be able to help alleviate some of the financial concerns you, as the Seller, may have in listing your property if the situation is right. Because I understand how important it is to get as much as possible from your existing home to help with the purchase of your new home, contact me and we will discuss possible ways to make that happen.
Not only does using my services in both of your transactions potentially save you money, but there is another practical reason for this arrangement as well. While I am acting as your Realtor/agent to sell your existing home and buy your new home, I am aware of all of the particulars for each transaction. I would know and be involved in facilitating all of the dates, deadlines, scheduling and negotiations that are needed to make each transaction as smooth as possible. It always helps to have as much information as possible. And, with me as your Realtor/agent on both sides, we will likely have less issues to worry about by not having to deliver and/or receive information through multiple parties.
It is rare that people have the opportunity to work with the same Realtor/agent while selling in one state and buying a new home in another state. If you happen to be moving between Colorado and Wyoming, I can handle transactions in both states on your behalf because of my dual licensure.
If I am your listing agent while selling your home and you happen to be moving to a state that I am not licensed to practice real estate, I will use the most of my resources and contacts to properly interview and refer a competent, professional Realtor to help you on the other side of the transaction in buying your new home in a new state.
