Hi, My name is Newt Wyler. I'm here to guide you through every step of the way when you are buying or selling property with Your Castle Real Estate in Colorado and Wyoming. Having dual licensure is beneficial to my clients because, often, they look in Northern Colorado and in the Cheyenne/Laramie area. I take pride in delivering the best service to my clients and I am passionate about helping you with all of your real estate needs.

In October 2018, I was asked by company to become the Employing Broker for Northern Colorado, along with becoming the Responsible Broker for Your Castle Real Estate in Wyoming in 2026. This new responsibility over the office and agents allows me to grow the company and my business. Further, it lets you know that you are working with a trusted and responsible Realtor for your home buying and selling needs.

In February 2024, I became part of the DUAL agent team through American Liberty Mortgage (NMLS #1962) by receiving my Mortgage Loan Origination license (NMLS #2090689). This allows me to be not only your real estate agent but also your mortgage lender. This is a great benefit to my clients to ensure a seamless process for their home purchase.
